What is your return policy?
It is very important for me to know that you love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied your purchase, please contact me via email within 14 days upon recieving the item(s). Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A full refund (minus shipping) will be made upon receipt of the item(s).
How much is shipping and handling?
Each order has a flat shipping and handling fee of only $5.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of the jewelry orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes 1-3 days to deliver.
Can I customize any of the jewelry?
If a modification to the length, bead size, bead color, etc., is needed for any of my jewelry pieces, please contact me via email so we can discuss what you need.

Is a PayPal account required to make a payment?
No. You may pay with a credit card or an eCheck via PayPal without having a PayPal account.
